iPods

Today I learned that I should never touch an iPod again. They always die.

(Story: I went running, had gotten maybe a half mile away, tripped on a piece of sidewalk sticking up, and fell, with only minor scratches and scrapes to myself, but large scratches, and a nice crack in the screen of my iPod touch. FML. Luckily it still works, and the crack isn't on the LCD screen too.)

Lesson two: I learned that wastewater treatment plants can treat sewage in different ways at different locations using anaerobic or aerobic processes, and this can change how well woven material (e.g. toilet paper) decomposes.
