Social Awkardness

Today I learned that getting invited to a department picnic by a department that's not yours simply because you're one of the summer interns can lead to a very uncomfortable picnic (especially when said department is "Advanced Circuit Materials" ...) The food was good, but the conversations may have been more exhausting than staying at work for the afternoon.
